Called in for a drive thru breakfast. Ordered on the app. Initially pulled in to main car park and collection windows and did not see the drive thru lane. Eventually spoke to a member of staff who directed me to the drive thru lane. Very easy to miss as I dont believe its very well signposted. A few shops nearby if you fancy a browse.
Ordered one thing, an Americano. Got in the van, set off, went to drink it and it was either white coffee or a latte. Three people in the McDonald’s at the time may I add. Ruined my whole morning, cheers McDonald’s.
We ordered salad three times, but it was either rotten or had bugs in it. We didn’t bother trying a fourth time. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find a clean table there.
Absolutely disgusted with this McDonald's restaurant just spent 39 pounds on an order Monday 30th of June found hairs in 2 of the burgers the food was terribly put together and no one wants to find hair in their food let alone pubic hair try to call them but they don't answer their phone I feel quite sick from this experience And I will be contacting the manager In the morning🤢🤮😡
Really disappointed. I ordered my dinner today, and when I got home I found two items missing. This isn’t even the first time, it’s happened a few times now. You have to check every single item before you leave just to make sure nothing is missing. Really poor service and very frustrating.
