It is what it is. A very rare treat for my grandchildren. We don’t eat takeaways as a rule. Very very busy. Lots of items out of stock. Tables are always dirty. No paper in the automated ordering kiosks. Staff are always friendly Pit stop for the masses Empty carbs that don’t fill the kids up for more than an hour
Me and my husband were travelling from Milton Keynes to Scarborough on this Christmas eve and the shop was open on that time and the staffs were excellent. They were happy to help and not frustrated even if it’s a Christmas eve. Kudos to the team x
Thought I’d call n have my favourite burger, the big tasty!! Well, what’s happened to it?? It’s more expensive and it’s SHRUNK!!!! More like a “little tasty”! I’ll not order it again unless they re-instate it back to a big tasty!! Typical these days though, pay more for less!!
We visited this morning my auntie slipped on there wet floor the management just stood and looked. We helped her up to a table to try and sort herself a little. Next thing management there with accident form. Management didnt even ask if she was ok .we went to counter to get her a coffee and had to pay for it Dont get me wrong we didnt mind paying but come good will jester. Not once did they check she was ok or ask if she needed anything. Terrible management and terrible customer care and service.
I haven't been in McDonalds for a long while and this visit showed me why. An almost cold burger with dry flavourless meat patties, dry rubbery buns and the secret sauce must be a well kept secret because I couldn't find any! The fries were sad and soggy with hardly any salt. It will be a long time till my next visit, if ever, that's for sure!
