HOW HAS THIS PLACE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN!? I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks at early hours in the morning. (READ THE BOTTOM PARAGRAPH IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THE WHOLE LOT!!) First time - pulled up to the drive thru around 2am and sat waiting for 10 minutes with nobody picking up the intercom so drove to the second window and was told they were busy and to go back around to the intercom, not a soul in inside or anybody else at the drive thru mind. Got served and waited around 15 minutes for food… no problems with food this time. Second time - pulled up to the drive thru around the same time, waited 5 mins no answer again so I rang the number off google. Somebody answered and said they will answer you now, hung up and when I tried to ring straight back to find out why the call ended so abruptly they had left the phone off the hook so you couldn’t ring back through, I queried what was going on with not answering the intercom to again be told that when it goes quiet the intercom turns itself off. Got served waited around 15 minutes for food again and no problems with food. Third time (and the reason for leaving this 1 star review) - pulled up to the drive thru, this time they had around 4-5 cars in so the queue was up to the intercoms but I had my order taken straight away, waited around 30 minutes for food and when I come to eat it in the car park the fries were literally cold and the burger was lukewarm at best and missing crispy onions, no ice in the drink so the whole order was no good. The drive thru now had another 4 cars in, there was no way I was waiting another 30 minutes in that again so made the mistake of going inside. It looked like the aftermath of a teenage party (see the photos I’ve added). Out of the whole restaurant, there was about 3 clear tables, there was rubbish on almost all of the tables and overflowing out of bins, the brush and pan looked like it had been thrown down and on top of all of this it took them another 20 minutes to sort my order out. When I questioned why the place was in this state, they said that it’s been busy and we haven’t had time, again there wasn’t a soul in the whole restaurant and there were all of 4 cars in the drive thru. At 2:30am. I hope this review gives whoever has franchised this restaurant a kick up the …. And looks into a complete overhaul of staff. I run a company myself and if this was my business, I’d be embarrassed to open the doors.

While there there was an alarm sounded and the staff tried to eject several teenagers. Several minutes passed, felt longer, with the staff telling the teenagers to leave. And several announcements being made by the link system before normal service was resolved. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but we had our Grandchildren with us. They are very young and couldn't understand what was happening.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGGG!!!!!! Toilets stank and hadn’t looked liked it had been cleaned all day. Does this McDonalds even have a cleaner?!?! Waiting time was ridiculous, my friend ordered just a pineapple stick and it took 10 minutes!! There was rubbish and dirt everywhere as well as sauce all over the counter. Our food was cold and soggy, plus we ordered 9 chicken nuggets and only got given 8!! This place needs a hygiene standard test, I don’t even understood how it passed its last one!!! my food got delivered cold bag was open chicken nuggets was Luke warm McDonald’s blames uber and uber eats blamed McDonald’s no body accepts fault no refund given wasted £17 it’s beyond a joke will defiantly be contacting trading standards took me 3 attempts to get thru to someone.

Wouldn't recommend getting a delivery from here. Everytime I do they always manage to get it wrong. I only ordered today to treat my daughter to a happy meal for been good at school and the full order came without the HAPPY MEAL and I got 20 nuggets in a chicken select box when I ordered chicken selects. Food was flat cold god knows what they was playing at as the delivery driver came fast and was already there to collect the food when it was ready. What a joke. My order altogether came to 32 pounds. What a waste of money. Tried ringing McDonald's and it's like they've turned there phone off. Had to get intouch with just eat. Really not happy about this might aswell of chucked £30 down the toilet!
