Dulux Decorator Centre

The service we got at Dulux Colour Centre, Barnsley was amazing. Nettie provided sound advice for our home decoration project and was knowledgeable about all the different products we would need. Have been to many paint stores, but she had the know how to make it a lot easier to pick what we want. Would recommend and will be back for our next project!

Would give 0 stars if I could when we purchased we was told Thursday Thursday came we was told Monday Monday came and still no paint that I ordered each time I asked if they could look into it and chase it up and was told no we can't .... So I decided to phone Dulux and see what they could do ...funny was told by the Barnsley shop it can't be chased up nothing we can do .. No you couldn't be bothered cos less than 5mins the fella I spoke to managed find out the issue and phoned the shop to get it sorted it took over 2 weeks to get this paint which for how much it cost was ridiculous I've never on my life received such terrible customer service we needed brushes n rollers but as you can imagine I didn't want to spend more money on the shop after this experience will not be using again

My first time visiting your Barnsley store and I was very impressed. I was served by a very friendly and helpful lady, Neringa. She is an absolute asset to your store! She greeted me with a beautiful smile, asked me what materials I needed and then helped me find everything I needed. She also suggested things I might need but had perhaps forgotten. Just what I needed on a Monday morning! Thank you Neringa!
