Dulux Decorator Centre

I used this particular Dulux centre for the first time recently and was very impressed with their staff member Abby, she was very knowledgeable about the Dulux products and more importantly gave great customer service and all with a smile, a credit to the company.

Easy to find, friendly, efficient service, will be my go to decorators trade counter from now on.

I just want to pass on my sincere gratitude to Rachael Taylor who works in the store, the shop in my opinion has been quite hit and miss over the last year or so however, now changes have been made in managerial roles the shop is on the way back up!. Through out this time one of the main reasons I have continued using the shop is Rachael, she is professional, approachable and a genuine nice person, she doesn’t let anything faze her and it’s a real pleasure to be served by her, she’s a real credit to the Dulux company, 👏👏

Not been to this branch before. But use Dulux only because it's specified by the company i work for. Otherwise I'd use Crown or Johnson's. Staff were amateurs at best and disinterested in serving you, Mixed up wrong u/c colour using the wrong base and wouldn't accept it was their fault! Poor branch. Will go the extra couple of miles while I'm working around here and use Wakefield. Not much better but lesser of the two. Paint way over priced.
