Good choice of paints and decorating tools. They have some good offers on too. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I did an online order and collected but the system allowed me to order a paint colour using a base that they didn't have in stock. They used a different base to make the colour and let me know (even writing it on my invoice) so if I reorder I would get a perfect match

Fantastic service from James! I wanted a colour mix and when I explained what I needed he assisted me and indeed I didn’t need a mix and was able to source a perfect match. He was thoroughly professional and friendly. I will also add that my previous experiences there have also been super positive and would highly recommend. Parking is easy and opening times are great!

Superb help from Nikki. Needed to match a cupboard colour. She went out if her way to advise contact manufacturer for information and resolved issue. All the staff were really good too but exceptional, thank you.

Our first experience of using the Dulux centre on Queen's Rd, Sheffield was excellent. We were undecided on colours and finishes so made several return visits and we were seen by Gee each time. Gee couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us, superb advice, not at all pushy and really listened to us, a real asset to the company. With Gee's help we settled on Heritage DH Drab and Flax Seed and are thrilled with the finish.
