Came into store today for help transferring data from my old phone to my new one. Jane was very helpful and sorted out issues with my contract caused by the Scarborough store. Everyone in the Barnsley store was so helpful and friendly.

After a couple of unsuccessful phone calls and going back and forth with emails to three I decided to visit the store and try my luck there. I was helped by Ash and honestly he was amazing. So knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He was very patient and i didnt feel rushed. He sorted all my issues. A very happy customer. Thank you Ash.

Came into the Barnsley store today and was greeted by ash, who was full of knowledge, kind and patient and wanted to supply me with the best option available for my circumstances. The store manager Ryan, then showed me exactly how the Mobile home broadband router was set up, showed me how to set the app up and ready for me to simply plug in and go at home. What a service! I will be back into this store for everything I or my family need as the staff and service literally couldn't be any better. I hope 3 appreciate the superb staff they have in this store! Thanks again

My visit to Barnsley store was second to none! My previous providers wouldn't help me what's so ever so I came to three best decision I could have made Georgia,Ryan and Fern was so so helpful and kind helping me with my new phone as my old phone was completely broke, they showed me how to use my new phone this was all done within 30 minutes I am so grateful and so happy with my new provider!! I express my sincere thanks and will recommend three to my friends
