Just had a terrible few days with the slowest Internet ever. My first day off work I called into the Three shop and explained what was happening and showed them my screenshot of the terrible speeds. A young man straight away said " I know what the problem is, can you bring your router in?". I took my router in and he took it, five minutes later it was sorted . Thank you to all the pleasant and friendly staff especially Chris. Top man friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Great experience! I have been recently in shop and I been extremely impressed with the staff especially Carla who have been incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you ❤️
