Very satisfied with three 10 years journey. I rang several times they responded Very respectfully. I leave three due to bad signal in my area but all staff is very good and responsible. Thanks three Best of luck Again thanks
have been a loyal customer of 3 for many years. I'm disgusted at the price hikes. They keep charging more and more every month even if you got fixed price on your contract. They should look after their customer.
My OnePlus phone had bricked itself, refusing to charge and refusing to power on. I went into the Three store in Dewsbury and was assisted by Helen. She confirmed that I could do an early upgrade, but that was expensive. She also explained that I have 2 years warranty with the manufacture. Also Helen gave me all of the information I would need to be able to contact OnePlus to start my warranty repair/replacement request. Superb customer service, happy customer who now, will probably not leave Three when my current contract ends.
I have been a loyal customer of 3 for many years. I'm disgusted at the price hikes. I wasn't offered any deals. When I said I would look around at other companies they didn't seem bothered and wasn't concerned about keeping me as a customer all they said was thankyou and goodbye
Worst customer service ever!! Specially the lady instore. My husband bought a Samsung phone contract & was not explained that its unreturnable, went after an hour to return it jst to find out that we can't n when i asked the lady why wasn't my husband explained about the return policy she said "We don't have to" Excuse me, is that how u speak to your customers? What do u mean we don't have to! Even the guy in shop was rude saying to my husband that u should have asked. I mean this is your job to explain to customers about policy what if we changed our mind. No respect was shown. very unprofessional, rude and lack of customer service. We went in September. Very Disappointed I've got 4 contracts with three I expect Three to check regular with customers about they experiences and keep high standard of customer service.
