Called in because of problem with connection. Hayley sorted quickly and also told me about upgrade deals. Left with new phone with a cheaper monthly charge. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Hayley supported Sienna as she did the sale. Helped me reset passwords and transfer everything to the new phone. Highly recommend all of the staff ❤️❤️❤️

I just want to post a huge thank you to Ryan, Assistant Manager of the Three store at Crystal Peaks . After getting very frustrated with the Three Chat service, I visited the store to try to speak to a human being who might be able to resolve a problem with my new SIM card. Ryan fixed the problem within a few seconds of tapping on my phone. A few days later, a new and totally different problem occurred, and once again Ryan dived in. This one this was more of a head scratcher. His technical understanding got us through, and not only did I once again walk away with a working phone, but Ryan also showed my girlfriend how to solve a problem she was having, and she isn't even a three customer!!! In this world of chat bots and awful remote helpdesks, it is very refreshing to be able to speak to a real live human being who is friendly, knowledgeable and above all, willing to help rather than just pass the problem away.

Just moved over to 3 network, up to now no issues, kept my existing number which was transferred straight after bank holiday. The phone and price plan I eventually chose met my needs and was fantastic regards price. The sales team were knowledgeable and were not pushy. I get regular 5g connectivity and the service is great compared to the leading network I was on. I know people have their issues with any network but at present my experience has been great with 3.
