Really terrible experience trying to collect an order. First tried on Monday evening at 17:50 (the email I received said it closes at 18:00), but the shutters were down. Tried again today, said hello to the assistant when entering the store and then she just walked away, tidying up and serving people who came in the shop after me. When she finally approached, she asked her colleague (who was serving another customer as I came in to assist) instead of just helping me herself. She then had the audacity to blame me! Saying she didn't think I needed help. Clearly I'm just stood at the counter for the thrill. Avoid this branch.

Disappointed. Always held Clarks in high esteem but the service I got on Saturday morning in Barnsley store was disappointing. You missed out on 2 children's shoe sales. We were firstly ignored by the lady on the door who started talking to the woman behind us even though I was stood in front of her. The woman who measured my children's feet was so abrupt and tried to sell us a pair of 1st shoes for my daughter in the wrong size (she had literally just measured her feet and the size didn't match) and a design we hadn't chosen and didn't like. It was all they had in in her size. Didn't even entertain my son getting fitted after that. We went elsewhere and got much better service and 2 great pairs of shoes.
