Went into Clark’s Beverley today absolutely shocking customer service small child trying on shoes never even spoke to the child they never smiled said hello or anything just terrible

Went to get a new pair of shoes from the Beverley branch and was assisted by Jade. She was Superb in both her helpfulness and friendliness. In the event I was not able to get shoes to fit after having a pair ordered in by Jade but I was still much impressed by the manner in which Jade dealt with me. She is on my opinion a credit to Clark’s.

Bought two amazing pairs of boots. Served by a very professional young man (Toby). Great value for money. Best service I have ever had at Clark's.

Just been for children's shoes and even ehen they have face visors they did a great job to make the kids feel welcome. Well done Clark's and the great staff at the Beverley shop .
