Can i say a massive thank you to April today, for not only providing me with the best interest rates available for my needs and sorting out my finances, but went above and beyond in sorting out my partner’s banking app and dealing with another matter I had which would have normally been another appointment. A very professional young lady and a valuable asset to Barclays.
Sandra at Barnsley was absolutely amazing She helped sort my deposits there was multiple ones and sorted the app as well as giving me access to other products Nothing was too much trouble for her
I am so impressed with my visit to Barclays today! I had the pleasure of getting help from Lisa and she was teaching April. I can’t put into words how helpful and accommodating these two were, they were so knowledgeable and explained everything so well and made me feel so comfortable as soon as I arrived. This is the best service I have ever had from somewhere and I can’t thank them enough for their time and help! I can’t fault the staff there as they were all so lovely. My favourite branch, Sheriff was very polite and knowledgeable, appointment was speedy and everything needed was done on the date of appointment. Also the branch is looking spiffy after the refurb, very clean and fresh
