Worst staff ever the gym group first time came here , keep hanging the call up !!!! Doesn’t want to move from the chair . It is 9:49pm 24 January I came to go in the gym . Qr code is not working on well hub app , and the person answer the call and says oh app not working can’t do . He keeps hanging the call up the call . Doesn’t even have manner to go out and have a look . The staff should need to be in a good manner and manger or upper management level need to look in to this staff behaviours I don’t feel there is any respect from the staff towards the customers .

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The gym has now reached out and is trying to resolve the issue. Do not go to any gym group gym if you are disabled. They are appalling. They do not treat those with disability with any respect and they do not want your custom. The Gym Group lock disabled users out of their premises on sign up and give FALSE advice on how a manager will contact you. They are offering an inferior service to those with disabilities and following a call with their partner who handles the payments the Gym Group are AWARE of the issue but REFUSE to rectify the false instructions on the app. Leaving people like myself waiting weeks for an email that was never coming. Even their customer support who were contacted twice did nothing. A possible violation of the disability act and appalling service DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM PROVIDER.

I can't fault this gym. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The gym is constantly tidied when staffed. It is always clean. The equipment is well maintained. If you report a fault , by the next visit it has been repaired. I definitely feel I get value for my money.

I've been at,'the gym group Beverley' For 16 months now and I felt it's time to give credit were credit is due. John and Claire plus the other staff have been so supportive in my weight loss journey. John has kept me positive throughout my process and is a major credit to the gym. So many times I've wanted to quit but he has given my advice and new training programs to suit me. I turned 50 in October last year and I'm my best physical shape I've probably ever been in!! Big thank you to John and Claire especially as they have supported me so so much😊😊

This gym is fantastic been here on and off since it opened and it’s definitely the best gym in the area. All the staff John, Claire and Amelia are fantastic always willing to help you and always on top of making sure the gym is clean and tidy. Also a massive shout out to Kieran a PT who I met there who is helping me lose that extra weight before the big day.
