It's really nice to spend time exercising and everything is great and clean in the place Most importantly, there is a wonderful, friendly staff who are always helpful ( Aimee Easton ) and (Marcin trzpil) Their presence in the gym gives you energy to start your day and workout in a great way :)
Friendly staff and other members, everyone is extremely helpful towards each other... It's helped me not just with the shaping and toning but also helping with my mental health... Each visit I am growing slowly in confidence and self-esteem. Highly recommend anyone to join their local the group group near them.
I’ve been a member since Oct 24, for a low-price gym the facilities are really good. It’s clean and spacious, as with any gym it does get busy early evening but there’s enough equipment to not be waiting around. The staff are really welcoming and helpful too, shout out to Adam, Marcin and the team. I’d give it 5/5 if they fixed the EV chargers and the refreshed the lockers downstairs.
love it here, been going to this gym for 3 months now and it's helped me gain confidence and I have lost weight aswell.
This gym is clean, has good equipment, and friendly staff. It's not too crowded, and there's enough space to work out comfortably. The prices are fair. Great place to stay fit!
