The Gym Group Sheffield Kelham Island

Great gym, has lots of equipment, bands and a wide range of weights. Unfortunately they use euro car parks who are trying to charge me £100.00 for parking at the gym, even though I have Screenshot evidence that I am a member, have entered my parking and stayed in the duration of allowed time for the period in question. Unfortunately the website make it impossible to appeal.

An amazing gym! I’ve been trying to gain weight for the last year and never got anywhere. But, I’ve been going here for the past 16 weeks training with my pt Sam, who has helped me get into shape for my wedding. I’ve gained 10KG and never felt better. The staff are amazing, they’re always helping you out and are very chatty. So if you’re wanting to start somewhere, this is the gym for you. I’m on the ultimate membership, which gets you free classes and discounts on clothing, food and accessories among other things.

I have been using this gym for about 2 years now. The facility itself is very good and not crowded at the time that I usually go between 10.30 am to 1 pm. Today when I went in the changing room to go and use the toilet, someone was trimming/shaving their beard just outside the toilets in the right area of the image (I usually put my water bottle there as I go to use the toilets). Now if this had been done in front of the mirror inside the toilets with the sink in front of him, I dont think I would have had any problem. However it was done just outside the toilets just on the right side (his beard trimmings where all over). I personally do not think that is ok so I asked the staff about it to which they replied that there is nothing wrong with that. Hygiene people! HYGIENE!!!

I've been going to this gym for about 5 years now, and I honestly can't recommend it enough. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help, which makes a big difference when you're trying to stay motivated. There's a real sense of community too—everyone’s welcoming and it’s just a great environment to work out in. The gym was recently reorganised and it’s made a huge improvement. The layout flows better, and the equipment is in great condition with plenty of variety no matter what your training style is. Whether you're just starting out or have been training for years, this place has everything you need. Great vibe, great people, and a place that really makes you want to keep showing up.

Good size, variety of equipments, good location and easy to access, discount on using the car park, bike parking available, free tap water with hydration station for a monthly fee, showers, toilets. Update! Two stars for a couple of reasons: You can't stop auto-renew. When you need to cancel you have to do it before 4-5 days, or you will be charged. The cancellation process is annoying, you do it through the application and then you have to fill a form as well, even though, the membership is not cancelledyet, and you have to wait someone from their team to contact you.
