The Gym Group Rotherham

Terrible place, I joined this gym as I recently moved to Rotherham and seen the good reviews so I signed up paid a signing up fee and first month and I have trouble with the tube style doors makes me claustrophobic so I signed up as disabled as I’d need to use the disabled door which all was good but after signing they said I need an induction before I can use the gym should be 3-5 working days I was totally fine with that 2 weeks went by so I rang up they said just to pop down which does set my anxiety off but I did… THREE times first time the manager wasn’t in and the same the second time both times they put my name down and gym number and sent it to the manager Sam and being told both times he would contact me which he never did and then the third time I went down he was in but was teaching a class and another person said he will be done in 45 minutes if I want to wait at the door for 45 minutes which I did not so I went home and after over a month of trying to get an induction and after paying for a month plus a signing fee to a gym I never was able to use I gave up and put a complaint in but shock they never replied or gave a refund heard absolutely nothing from them it is a shame as my partner goes there and wanted to go with her and even she told them every time she went aswell but again heard nothing. Gone to JD Gym which is 2 mins from there no issue straight in no issues recommend them rather than these

My husband and I have just joined the gym and our experience has been exceptional. The gym is well equipped and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My husband has spinal issues and he was helped with real kindness by one of your staff today. We are both so happy we joined and look forward to feeling healthier. Thank you.

Its a great gym simple as that, clean and good quality machines and weight selection. The main appeal for me is the 24/7 access simple pin code and done no matter what time. Pricing is spot on (I get a small discount through work) but you get a good gym for the price.

Great place to work out & get stronger, fitter & lose fat! Plenty of equipment to use & have fun with. 24/7 opening so well equipped for all your needs. Extra help available from P.T qualified professionals if needed. Another great thing is it's not expensive & great value for money. Don't be afraid & see for yourself that this gym is well worth a visit.

Great gym lovely and clean ,good selection of equipment and machines, great classes as well ,the instructor on Sunday classes Tom goes the extra mile for the members 👍
