If you're looking for a gym with an unbeatable class schedule, look no further! The yoga and strength classes are the highlight of my week. The instructors are motivating, push you to your limits, and create a real sense of community. The energy here is positive and inclusive. I leave every session feeling accomplished and stronger.

Unofficial group classes occur late morning/midday that occupy the mat area and use all weights up to 14kg making them unavailable for the rest of us. Management turns a blind eye. Also, an old man from the "Yaad" stares and loudly talks about women in a highly creepy/abusive manner when they are doing RDL's, kickback, hip thrusts etc. Management needs to put up posters regarding harassment/dignity and enforce policies. But as it's an area that is rough management lets things slide. Headingley gym is much more professional and welcoming.

A huge gym with lots of equipment that was relatively quiet when I visited. The open-plan binary changing rooms are like a 1960's bording school and are not inclusive or in-keeping with the times. Most of the men's showers were out of order. My main gripe is that there are no wet wipes or sprays to clean the equipment with after use. Surely this is an essential element in any gym! Even before 2020, I'd never seen a gym that didn't provide wipes, and in our post-lockdown era you'd think that people might have learned a few things about basic, essential hygiene!

Decent gym a good starting point. Gets very busy between peak times 4pm-7pm like most gyms do. I notice that the dumbbells only go up to 38kg so it was time for me to move on to bigger and better. A lot of fitness classes good friendly approachable staff.
