Not fit for purpose. Opening hours are ridiculous! They close at 3.30pm, close at lunchtime and don't open at the weekend lol basically, you need to take time off work or travel elsewhere. Either, improve what can be done online (keep in mind they are the most hacked bank in the world because their online system is horrific), close later one day a week or open Saturdays. A pointless effort designed to keep OAPs quiet. Terrible.
Luke I the Beverley hub is a first class employee always extremely pleasant and helpful.
Excellent visit- I saw Luke to help with a name change. He was very helpful and we talked through some other products as well for savings and premiere account.
I have just renewed my iPhone and was really struggling how to install my Barclays app details. So pleased to realise that Barclays had a help building in Beverley. I met a young man named Tony. He took it all in his stride very calm and this was done without further ado. Thank you so much Tony
