Had two deliveries sent here last week, not the best experience got notification from two different couriers saying they'd been delivered, but nothing from them so sent the wife to collect, not a good experience for herself the person she spoke to was adermont nothing had been delivered and actually very rude even after been shown photo evidence of delivery, another member of staff found the delivery it was handed to the wife and was told to take it. Then she had to go through it all again the following day for the second delivery think I will be looking for somewhere else to send delivers to.

Came here to drop off some collect plus parcels however they didn’t have enough space for all of them. But that is not the issue the manager could’ve been more polite in getting across to me that she doesn’t have room for any more parcels. Instead of respectfully informing me she quite brashly told me she wouldn’t be taking any more parcels, making me feel like I’m almost at fault for utilising their services. This type of attitude I wouldn’t expect from a local convenience store. I came 3/11/21 at 9.30am.

This shop is okay. It gets the food. But it's a complete rip-off. McColl's sells things for 2x the amount of the price at Aldi, Lidl and other nearby shops. Bad quality, too, bought a box of caramel Lindor chocolates and they had all melted and been reformed. Had to tweet @Lindt to get a replacement/refund.

Never adhere to their opening times. On atleast 6 occasions me or my partner have gone over at 20 to 10 and the shutters have been down. Disappointing.

The staff shut the store before closing time, which has now been changed to 9pm on some evenings. They clearly want to go home early... Who doesn't? But do your f-ing job!
