⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Travelodge Bradford South – A Special Thanks to Elena & Andy I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Elena and Andy during my recent stay at Travelodge Bradford South. They are truly exceptional members of the team, and I feel their hard work and professionalism deserve to be recognised. From the moment I walked through the doors, both Elena and Andy made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their warm approach, calm attitude, and genuine care for people create an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. It’s not often that you meet staff who make such a positive impact, but they both managed to do exactly that. Elena is a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. She always greeted me with a smile, handled every question with patience, and made the check-in and check-out process feel effortless. Her attention to detail and friendly personality truly enhanced my stay. Andy was equally impressive. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly. Whether it was offering assistance, sharing helpful information, or making sure guests were comfortable, he did everything with a level of professionalism and kindness that stands out. What impressed me most is how well Elena and Andy work together as a team. They create a welcoming environment that makes you feel more like a valued guest and less like just another booking. Their dedication, positivity, and genuine hospitality make a real difference, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Because of them, my experience at Travelodge Bradford South was not just good — it was exceptional. Elena and Andy are a true credit to the hotel, and I hope their hard work continues to be recognised and appreciated. Thank you both for making my stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable.

You Get What You Pay For—And Then Some Stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were spot on—friendly, helpful, and the room itself had everything you’d want from a budget hotel. Clean, functional, no complaints there. But here’s the kicker: the price. It’s cheap, yes—but that comes with a hidden cost. The clientele it attracts? Let’s just say sleep was a luxury I didn’t get. Loud TVs, doors slamming at all hours, people shouting on speakerphone like they’re hosting a podcast—every night felt like a test of patience. I’ve stayed in hotels for 7 straight weeks prior to this, and not once did I experience the level of inconsideration I did here. I tried to save £100 by going budget. Big mistake. Won’t be doing that again. To top it off, there’s ongoing construction—drilling and banging until January 2026. That detail wasn’t made clear on the booking site, which felt like a bit of a stitch-up. The restaurant has very little traditional English food menus - nothing like “weatherspoon menu options” and the portions are pretty small’ So if you’re thinking of booking based on price alone, be warned: the real cost is your sleep and sanity.

This place is being refurbished! Good heating system and definitely improving from when it was a Campanile. The newly painted room was clean new furniture and bed. However I think they need to challenge whoever repainted the room it was not good! Lovely staff.

In the middle of a refurb and not great as no restaurant facilities. Room key faulty and had to walk up to third floor twice because they were decorating in front of the lift. Heater blowing cold air and no hair dryer available because of the refurb. Cheap but could be better.

This hotel is in the middle of a major refit, having been once a Campinile hotel. It is in the middle of a industrial estate fairly remote, away from the city centre Lots of workmen are on site. Our room on the first floor overlooked the main entrance. There was a brand new bed with white bedding, separate toilet & bathroom. Staff were very helpful & answered all questions asked. I would like to revisit after the refit, I feel sure it will be in a far better condition than when we visited We took the meal deal offer, which was spot on. Food was piping hot & very tasty At breakfast there was a good selection of hot & cold food available. We used the hotel for an overnight stay before flying out of Leeds Bradford airport which is approx 30 mins away.
