Very disappointing experience. While waiting in the drive-through, we could clearly see a worker inside repeatedly blowing his nose and then touching napkins and other items without changing gloves or washing his hands. This was visible to customers and extremely unhygienic. I raised this concern with the woman at the drive-through window, but she completely disregarded what I said and showed no concern at all. Food hygiene should be taken seriously, especially when customers can see unsafe practices happening. This has really put me off returning to this location.
Ordered on uber eats, my poor delivery driver was waiting 45 minutes for a 6 nugget meal. Takes 2 seconds to put 6 chicken nuggets in a bag. Bit of a joke tbh. Had to ring the store for them to get a shift on
Had the McCrispy, and it was definitely crispy........ just lacked chicken, there was more chicken in 1 McNugget. Possibly the worst chicken burger I've ever had. Even by the los standards McDonald's have.....
Ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals, but only received quarter pounders (only realised 10 mins after driving away as they were at the bottom of the back beneath the fries). No straws, had to go back. Also no paper in the till receipt! So no proof of what we've bought!. Took 20 mins for it to be served. And whilst we were waiting a chair broke away from the frame whilst a child was sat on it and the girl fell to the floor!! Internal layout is really crap and staff weren't very helpful, they just want/need? to disappear into the back somewhere... We were going to dine in but it was too busy so selected takeaway and whilst waiting could drive in traffic spill out on to the main road.
Absolutely vile coca cola. Dont believe for a second this is classic coke it tastes weird and this has gone on specifically at Brighouse branch for at least 6 months now absolute joke!! Edit: Dodgy tasting cola from here still ongoing
