Pretty much everything you'd expect from a McDonald's. The food is okay, me and my friend got the mozzarella sticks sharebox to share and an Oreo mcflurry each. Waiting times are pretty decent, apart from busy times obviously. Service is okay but a few of the staff members kill the atmosphere a bit due to their obvious hatred for their job. This place attracts a lot of teenagers too.
Very bad service, nobody serves the delivery drivers, orders are ready but nobody here to hand over to the drivers and food is getting cold, if there is shortage of staff they should hire more because they earning alot money so they should spend on staff for customers aswel.
I have ordered from this mcdonalds twice and both times there has been hair in my food. Keep in mind, i am blonde. Stuff missing from orders, food is cold as if it was made 10 hours ago then finally delivered.
Honestly not a fan of this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is just depressing, they play classical music which makes the place feel dull instead of lively. It’s always crammed with loud college kids and wannabe roadmen hanging about, which makes it uncomfortable to sit and eat. On top of that, the service is slow and the food never feels fresh. Definitely not somewhere I’d choose to come back to.
I go every other week put unfortunately I was put off when I was waiting for my breakfast. I was watching my breakfast wrap being made by what looked by a manager. He was on his mobile phone and touching the wrap with his bare hands. I thought it was unhigienic. My I was a bit fussy but watching him take his phone out his pocket, use it then fold my wrap without washing his hands or wearing gloves.
