Very pleasant shop. We’ll set out to find what is required. The staff helpful , not pushy. The gentleman who served us seems to have a good knowledge of the products and brands . Only shop we could find in Meadowhall that had storm watches . Will definitely purchase from this branch again

On the last-minute SHOP before my holidays!!! I needed several watches requiring a new battery. It was midday on a very busy Friday and I was looked after by the store manager Paul who assessed my needs and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had a friendly manner and asked when I would be wanting them for which would've been my tea break later this day so he specified collection would be at 6 pm . On my return, a lady called Elizabeth took care of my order amms I had opted for the lifetime battery replacements On all the watches that I have brought in; She carefully explained how this guarantee worked and provided the vouchers for each watch. So between the two staff members that looked after me, I thought their service was second to none Well done. I returned to work feeling very happy and I even talked to a few of my customers about the offer I had .

The lady serving us was lovely and very patient. She helped us to choose the best watch for my daughter and she loved it. I was also offered half price in Jewellery. I'm so happy. I would definitely go back next time I go shopping for watches. They had a lovely selection for all tastes

The sales assistant was very polite and professional. She listened to my enquiry and instantly went and brought some options to suit my needs. I found exactly what I was looking for and the assistant very kindly boxed and Christmas wrapped it as it was a gift for my wife. Super service
