Amazing Products and services, the young gentleman helped my disabled son with his first watch purchase, understood he had sensory needs and directed him to the best options for him. He advised and adjusted his watch perfectly.

My review is of 2 halves. This one mentions the Doncaster store to collect my resized engagement ring. It became clear straight away that my ring was too big. After remeasuring (again) it was 1 or 2 sizes too big. The lady in the shop was super helpful and I tried on actual rings with the new sizes to gauge a better fit. After a bit of toing and froing a decision was made, and will be delivered to my local store. Brilliant! However the lady told me the price of my ring (very flippantly) that my fiancé had picked out with great care as a surprise. This was ill thought out and not necessary and left us both feeling upset. I do not care what he spent on the ring, its perfect just thought this was a little careless.

Great experience in the store, good layout and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase and very helpful to find the right gift for my dad. I will shop here again.
