The staff in store have been absolutely amazing. The original purchase of a watch for my teen son's birthday was seamless in terms of the transaction and wonderful customer service. This continued when we needed to use the insurance for a repair. The item was replaced in full and with such ease. Extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

The service by the assistants was excellent and they both helped me get the item I went in for which was a ring clip to stop my deceased husbands ring I wear from spinning around. Really lovely ladies, would not hesitate to go in again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very attentive and friendly. I actually bought extra items due to their professional manner. A pearl necklace plus a pearl bracelet. This was my second visit and purchase from this store and will definitely be returning.
