Absolutely fantastic customer service from an employee here. Tasleem went above and beyond to ensure I received a piece of jewelry within a tight timeframe just before Christmas. She kept me updated every step of the way and was so keen to ensure I was a happy customer ! We need more people like Tasleem working in retail!!

I'm so impressed with this jewellers. The ladies are amazingly friendly and remember me every time I go in. They can't do enough for you. And the lovely jewellery and ornaments offer such good value for money. My ring sizing was cheaper than anywhere else and came back beautiful and shiny. I'd thoroughly recommend F Hinds, Bradford. Can't wait until they're in the Broadway centre.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Put a new battery in the watch to check it was working before we went to the expense of a new strap. Would highly recommend.
