The lady that served me today was excellent, as soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted with a smile and ‘how can I help you?’ The lady asked me a few questions very professionally and then replaced the battery in my watch. She altered the time and gave me a receipt assuring me that this was also on the system. I felt valued as a customer as a result of this interaction. Just wish I’d have got her name to thank her personally

I went into the Wakefield branch approximately a week ago and ordered a titanium band. The staff were all very helpful and polite, especially the young lady who served me. I picked it up today and it was perfect.I will definitely go back again

Purchased a pair of emerald earrings the lady who dealt with my order appeared very knowagable and was very helpful in dealing with my questions, I have used this shop on a number of occasions and have never had any complaints and will carry on using them. if you require jewellery or watches I recommend them highly.
