Popped in this morning for my last Christmas gift, the lady was very helpful. Order another item that wasn't in store for collection in the new year which was fine as it wasn't a present just something for myself. Really helpful and happy staff.

I wanted to purchase a watch as a Christmas present, there was an issue with the bracelet when the lady in the shop tried to take some links out. A new watch was ordered and the links had already been pre removed. I had a message to say the watch was ready to collect and the lady in the shop was lovely. Very professional.

Excellent service today for my daughter’s ear piercing. The member of staff made her feel relaxed. Both of the members of staff that were on today were very friendly, helpful, professional and gave great after care advice.

Called into the Middlesbrough branch looking to purchase a necklace that I had been looking for in other jewellers unsuccessfully. The 2 ladies who were serving behind the counter found me exactly what I'd been looking for within 5 minutes. They were both very helpful and friendly...a true credit to the branch. I'll certainly visit again in future...Thank you ladies for a lovely shopping experience.

My wife spotted a couple rings she really liked went into the shop. The staff were very helpful to make sure she had made the right choice for her. So I would like to thank them for the effort they put in to make sure it was the best choice for her.
