Where do I start! Definitely a zero stars from me! •Food always missing when ordering & when ringing store the staff are rude & just give you codes you never use! •Contacting anyone for a refund is an absolute joke! ���Don't follow food allergies! •Staff including management are rude! •Staff talking amongst them selfs and not caring about customers or service. •Prices go up weekly & food gets worse! •Food always cold & stale. •Restaurant always messy & food on floor. •The road coming to mcdonalds is an absolute joke, people stopping traffic just to drive in, saftey hazard & very dangerous, should have someone outside telling drivers to move! •Staff smoking on doorstep & going straight back in to serve food without washing hands. •Touching food with bare hands & no hair nets worn on hair or beards. •Staff appearance is shocking, dirty clothes, smell of BO, and thats not me being rude its true! Something needs doing, why should people order if you can't do what's needed and provide the service for the money people spend!
Good but loud music playing from someone's phone really fast food arrive time
Ordered a simple Happy Meal with just 3 items—how hard can that be? Apparently too hard for the staff here. I drove away with only fish fingers and one Robinsons. The apple slices? Completely missing. No apology, no double-check at the window. To make matters worse, once you exit the drive-through, you’re straight onto a dual carriageway. No way to turn back and fix the mistake without a major detour. Absolutely infuriating. If you can’t get a three-item kids’ meal right, what hope is there for anything else?
Its McDonald's and you know exactly what your are going to get Its not The Ritz and doesn't pretend to be, if you want 5* cuisine don't go there. If you want a quick clean meal where you dont pay a fortune then thoroughly recommended
If i could give 0 stars then i would !! Imagine ordering food after being at work all night after not eating all day . Spending almost £30 and your meal doesn’t even get made . To the response “oh yeah we don’t have them in , you’ll get a refund “. What use is that?!! Take it off the damn menu if you don’t have it !!!
