Boots Pharmacy

Rubbish twice in two weeks that my delivery has been completely destroyed in the post. Glass nail varnish literally thrown in jiffy bag all broken so nail varnish everywhere. Customer services don’t reply, instagram and messenger all rubbish support Asked for refunds as a why of compensation but apparently Boots don’t care enough about there customers to offer this it was a negative no reply Bad bad bad

Why is it that Goole boots will not allow my mum to get her meds already sorted my mum is 82 and on a lot of meds I know some of our friends get there’s already sorted in to morning noon and night in a pack my mum as to sit and spend hours going though hers to sort them out the thing is she is not up to doing it now why is this not possable for a 82 year old lady who can no long keep doing it it’s just too much for her she’s used boots for over 50 years that’s really good of boots not happy at all

shocking why was my 68 year old mum waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for a prescription asolutely no need what so ever for a wait time that long.

I had to wait while 2 of the staff talked. It took a third staff member to ask for someone to serve me. I wasn't happy.

I reached a point where I had enough of my prescription never being ready. It was always a case of out of stock or come back later/tomorrow and more often than not when I did go back still the items weren’t ready. Usually I’d order from the GP and give them a week to 10 days before going in to collect which surely is ample time! I also found the staff were more often than not busy behind the pharmacy counter and though they knew people were waiting would not break off or make eye contact. I appreciate when sorting out medications then it isn’t always possible to drop everything and serve but it went beyond that. Sometimes I’ve known the shop to be closed with a note on the door saying no pharmacist available so shop unable to open. It just became stressful going in so now use another local pharmacy where I’m served straight away, prescription is ready and handed over straight away without them having to hunt all over the place trying to find it as they did at Boots. I’m sorry to be negative but this is an honest account of my experience with this pharmacy.
