Excellent service from this bank manager very helpful
I think TSB bank in Goole is the best we have got. I hope that it doesn’t shut like there are a lot of banks shutting down in England. The cashiers are very friendly and they are very helpful and they respect the COVID-19 rules with social distancing and face masks. I’ve been with Lloyds TSB for many many years now and I wouldn’t want to go any where else. I’m very happy with where my money is.
Like many others, I have suffered the inconvenience, cost and stress of the TSB updating process. However, when the situation that I found myself in was explained to the Bank, the staff dealing with me could not be faulted. In particular the Manager, David, rectified the problem in a matter of hours and when the same problem occurred later that day, again it was resolved speedily. Thank you TSB Goole for such excellent service in rectifying a problem not of your making!
As a branch TSB are very good however the travesty that has taken place over the last seven days is unacceptable. We have been unable to access our business account for 7 days due to changes in TSB's computer system. We have bills to pay, suppliers to pay and the fact that we cannot get onto our accounts or get through to telephone banking is a joke. If the roles were reversed and we were suppliers to TSB I am sure they would be looking for a new supplier.
They closed my branch in Thorne so I use Goole mostly now. The staff are friendly and no complaints there but now all of a sudden they have reduced their opening hours without any notice it seems. I know we're in lockdown again but people still need to work and need flexibility to visit early or late but TSB don't seem to care much about being convenient for their customers anymore. Getting more disillusioned by the day.
