This is my local Costa, never had a problem before until today I ordered what I normally would to drink, and my order was made wrong. I then asked if this was the correct order the lady bluntly said yes. I asked if it could be re made as it was wrong. I get the same thing every time I come here!!! She snapped and said no there’s nothing wrong with it that’s what you’ve ordered! I will not be coming here again, it’s a shame really because every other time I’ve been I’ve had a great experience!!
This is a lovely store. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient and nice. The coffee is also very nice and the cakes are good too. I’d come here again.
This building has just had a refurbishment making the interior more contemporary but sadly it has lost some of the cosiness. Everything else is what you'd expect from Costa. The coffee, food and service are all good here.
Quirky little building, not the norm for Costa, but still the great taste and service you'd expect. Free WIFi within, sign up required to BT. Lovely flat white coffee ☕ And a very nice fresh fruity/nutty flapjack, which I've not seen elsewhere. Yum 😋🤤
Nice Costa located in the retail park with plenty of parking. Although busy, service was quick, friendly and efficient, so didn't have to wait long for our coffees and sausage butties. Although I had two reusable cups, was only allocated one green bean, which is why I've rated 4/5
