Really clean and tidy, much nicer than our local Maccy's. Gabby was fab, she cleaned our table without being asked and even collected our order from the counter. Best service ever.
Absolute shambles. 20 minutes wait for a happy meal!!! 20 minutes!!! No cashiers anymore or any kind of service. These places are going to die soon and good riddance. The whole premise is to get food fast. They should be ashamed of themselves here.
Don't get me wrong. It's a nice mcdonald's but they either over salt or undersalt my fries, often theyre soggy too, the staff are lovely and patient which is great for my anxiety. This is one of the best mcdonald's I've been to even with their few issues
This store has always been chaotic but since the recent refurbishment it has to be the worst McDonald's going the food is gross the staff genuinely have no idea what to do and the layout is far worse also the store now has a 0 hygiene rating how on earth can a place like McDonald's have a 0 hygiene rating? I think I won't go there for the foreseeable future, and many more won't until the management genuinely sorts it out and trains the staff also. It really is a disgrace the place needs closing down
This was a great outlet for food, set in a classic building with pillars! The counter is well-presented with info on orders, seating is comfortable and my Nuggets with French Fries were tasty and fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming, although service was a bit slow.
