Staff are knowledgeable in each aspect of their understanding of the animals/fish. Always happy to respond to queries and willing to answer any question relating to the wide range of animals. Well organised and the setup of the shop floor is neat and tidy. An extremely pleasant atmosphere and shopping experience. All the animals are well looked after.
Bought a hamster for my daughter from this store. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. I like coming back here for all hamster bedding, food and toys great selection
Very knowledgeable about all pets. The lady helping us choose new fish was very nice and knew her stuff. Two fish and a snake with a happy home because of this place.
Good prices. I bought a coat for my dog. The quality was great the sizing was spot on. Lovely fleece lining with a waterproof outer. All for £17. Nice friendly staff as well
I mainly only use this shop for aquatic supplies and fish. Prices are good parking is good but some times the tanks look like they have been forgotten for a few days it can be off putting to see dead fish in so many tanks.
