I ordered a delivery and they forgot my hash browns. they also forgot my customisations on my food. i asked for no egg and it came with egg i simply removed the egg and it still tasted like it had it in the burger. The hash browns were missing and i ordered 3 for me and my friends. The food came stale as though it had been sitting in the oat a while and was spare. Would not recommend this place the staff are rude and did not care for their mistakes they made.
Ordered a McCrispy (Plain) via Mcdelivery Received as fully loaded with lettuce and mayo. Also found it was a McSpicy in the bun. Label on the side of the box states McCrispy Plain 3 times in a row this has happened when ordering McCripy’s. I feel staff need training on how to read Spicy and Crispy! Also ordered double Cheese burger that was delivered, looking like its had a round with Mile Tyson. Called customer support who did give me a refund. However, all i wanted was a replacement meal. I’m hungry after a full day at work and not had chance to get anything in normal food wise due to work commitments. After checking the refund email, i found out they have refunded me the wrong item (less value item) Boy was i wrong putting my trust in Heckmondwike Mcdonalds! Phone number for restaurant is constantly engaged.
If i could give the place zero I would. Having to warm things up cos clap cold. Waiting over 1.5 hrs then having to go to trying to pick order up to be told it's all drivers fault then I asked for it fresh as new would be cold and it was all freezing. Clearly been sat ages as ice in coke had even all melted. Rubbish
Chap called Gaz was working in the seating area when an elderly lady came in. Gaz went well over the extra mile, got her a table, sorted her meal, helped make her drink and made her feel special. Gaz was unbelievable and looked after her and other customers.
Orderd mcdonalds half of the order didn't turn up when I rung they wouldn't take responsibility as it was their mistake put the phone down on me the drinks weren't even full one of the sprite was pure water bad customer service they need to learn manners never buy again from them only 1 star only because I would give them none
