I ordered a Chicken Big Mac meal on uber eats and when it arrived I had been delivered a Chicken cheesburger which is a cheaper item and more importantly I don’t eat red meat so I can no longer enjoy the food I spent £18 on. Would not recommend ordering from this McDonald via uber eats.
My chips were absolutely freezing and the staff thought it was a good idea to drink half of my coke It doesn’t even deserve 1 star I will never be returning
When we arrived, all the order screens were saying Takeaway Only, when there were people seated at tables. Evidently this meant no table service. Order placed at 14.56 and it took about 5 minutes for it to show as Collect on the board, but it didn't actually appear for another ten minutes so we were standing waiting (along with about 5 others whose orders were showing as Collect). The food was ok but less hot than it would have been if it had been handed over when it was "ready for collection". I suspect a staff shortage or badly trained staff. Not the usual service we are used to from McDonald's, quite disappointing.
I wish I could give 0 stars, everytime I order from this restaurant they miss at least 1 item.. double big tasty meal without the big tasty.. cheers for that. Absolutely useless, shut this place down.
The staff here are really great always so pleasant and helpful with a smile and a genuine greeting and goodbye . Better service than some restaurants ive been to.
