Bradleys of Helmsley

We came here pre Christmas looking for wedding rings as Helmsley is a special place to us and we really wanted to get the rings from here. The young guy was so so helpful and a 5 star service! However, when we visited again over Christmas we had a lady who made it feel very un special, rushed and a little patronising :( therefore, ruined our ideal wedding ring buying day and we got them from elsewhere in the end sadly. She did not want to help us call around to see if any other branch had our sizes available, and told me around 5 times to come over to the desk once ready even though I wanted to take my time to look around at the jewellery first. Overall a little disappointing for what was meant to be such a special moment.

My fiancé and I had THE BEST morning with Jackson and Jane at Bradley's in Helmsley exploring wedding rings and a little secret surprise mission for a signet ring too (the cats out the bag now). Thank you so much for your exceptional expertise, advice, taking us through all possible options and for making this part of our journey special and fun. We truly appreciate your friendliness, patience and for the bespoke service you provided us with - we cannot wait to come back with our order(s)!

Before you buy online, or anywhere else for that matter please visit these guys first! I bought my second watch yesterday which in my eyes is my dream watch. It's the second watch I've bought from here and I cannot put a value on their customer service, it wasn't just about the watch but to me the whole experience. Jackson is who has looked after me on both occasions is absolutley amazing. I had my family with me as we were away for the weekend and they were even made to feel welcome and part of the experience. Just cannot say how happy I am but also I hope this company the best and its staff as well, truly happy with my purchase but thankyou more for making it a special day! I wouldn't visit anywhere else and hope others visit Jackson and are as happy as I am with what they take home 😊
