Costa Coffee

My sandwich was a tad, shall we say, not great, but my wife had the ham and bacon which was awesome. Coffee latté was great, and of a rather generous size. Definitely a coffee fit for two. Great, friendly service. We visited from Canada.

I ordered a Caramel Nutcracker Hot Chocolate and an Iced Nutcracker Latte with whipped cream through Uber Eats. The hot chocolate was correct, but instead of the iced Nutcracker latte, I received a hot normal latte with no flavour or whipped cream. This was disappointing, especially as the iced drink was the main reason for my order. Please be more careful with order accuracy in the future. I am very disappointed thank you.

Nice visit - served straight away, flat whites we ordered (one decaff) were nice and had some heat in them which was good! Can sometimes be a little cold. My lad and the Mrs love the cinnamon buns, too.

Usually really enjoy this place but the lack of attention has resulted in my mouth being scolded. When asked for milk you need to 100% understand the customer. I asked for milk when given the option only to recieve none had this been the other way round and someone who was lactose intolerant relieved milk when not wanting it then this place would have some serious issues. Attention to detail is vital if you don't hear the customer ask again do not assume

When drinking in, I've always had a consistently positive and predictable experience for a Costa, especially thanks to friendly and caring staff. Conveniently located too.
