Popped into the works at Kingswood today. 14/12/24 It was very busy, I could hear a member of staff at the cash desk thanking customers, being polite, smileing, greeting them, her name was ZOWIE, what an asset to the WORKS, Thank you ZOWIE for excellent customer care skills...a natural. Much Respect.
Terrible store with a terrible manager! Was in there recently and saw him treating his customers very badly. I asked him where an item was I needed and he just pointed to the back of the store, couldn't even be bothered to help me at all, more bothered about putting stock on shelves! Asked a lovely female member of the staff called Emma and she was far more helpful. Having being to the other stores in Hull who were far better, very disappointed by this store!
The staff in here are always friendly and the shop is well stocked and clean. The air conditioning is AMAZING and we always make it our first stop on a hot day when we get off the bus so we can cool down!
Always find the staff great, helpful, able to help find what you want/need. Big Thank you to Venessa for all your help, fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this place.
