Absolutley shocking ..went into the store for an upgrade , for some reason the young girl cancelled my contract and made me a new one, which wouldnt have been an issue but my husbands phone was also attached to the same account it isnt now so cheers for that cock up !! Also i asked for a phone thst had a really good camera ..nope that didnt happen either , so now in a contract with a phone with a crappy camera and tesco customer service cant or wont help !!!
It is easier getting an appointment with a gp than seeing someone in here if you have a problem with your phone I have spent a full 5 days going here and standing waiting to be seen and will no doubt have to do the same again next week I am seriously considering switching to another company company's product and pricing can be excellent but if there is no access to support its worthless this outlet seems to be exceptionally busy and therefore needs much more staff if anyone needs to go here I suggest they take a good book and some sandwiches
Appalling. Sold a phone case that didn't fit and a SIM card that turned out to have expired.Only 2 people serving - worse than useless. A fortnight later and in spite of daily calls to the tescomobile helpline the issue is still not resolved and I am unable to text, phone ,search the internet or even top up the phone! Terrible.
Great service from the pretty young assistant [working 4:30pm, 20/01/25], didn't catch a name.
The St Stephens tesco is a very modern, recent building. Well kept and maintained by Tescos' and St Stephens. The shop is well layed out, and signed with overhanging signs and instore facilities such as toilets, click and collect, and a lift for disabled access. There is in store parking, located below the store accessable via escalated or elevator. There are a lot of spaces, including mother and child, disabled, and regular parking bays. Though these spaces are also used by other shoppers in St Stehpens' and during peak times can be difficult to find a parking space. There is 3 hours free parking, monitored by the ANPR system on the enterence and managed by an externally company. They offer extended time to familys or people with disablities who may find it difficult and spend a longer time shopping, simply contact the company if they send you a letter. The phone shop itself is very welcoming, with caring staff they will help you to find the best deal to suit you. With a wide range of phones and contracts at some of the best prices in the region and online. The coverage of the network is very good, downtime is very minimal and I have not noticed any to date. The signal does get slower the further you go between the service masts, but nothing hugely noticeable. So far I have only been through a couple of 'black spots' (an area with no signal) and that was through the the pennines.
