Not sure when a Grande Cappuccino actually meant a kids size small?? All for the pricey sum of about £4.50 too. Disgusting. What made it worse is that the line you can see is the top of the foam! Take the foam out and I actually got half a cup of coffee.
Service isn’t an issue - when the store opens on time. Last Friday I arrived nearly 10 mins after opening - still not open. On this occasion I waited and it did open soon after. Today, I drove in 10 mins after opening. A car also drove in before me. We both had to turn around and leave as it still wasn’t open. Although I do not buy coffee every morning, I do pass every morning and it is often not open on time.
Beautiful store, the coffee is always made to perfection. A good place to come and do my work and have a great coffee by manager Sam and the fantastic team.
Thought I’d pay the new place a visit and ordered 3 hot chocolate’s. The bill seemed a bit steep and then I realised I’d been charged for the large cups even though I’d not asked for them. Fair enough I thought, but there was literally no taste of chocolate at all and it was just a warm drink! Sort it out if you want repeat custom.
i usually love coming here but was pretty disappointed when i came in recently . i walked in and ordered my usual (mango and dragon fruit refresher). they politely told me that there were no dragonfruit pieces left but they could do strawberries instead which was absolutely fine by me. 10 minutes later, i was still waiting for my drink. i was then informed that they didn’t have any mango for the base therefore not being able to make my drink, baring in mind i had already paid for the drink. they then told me that i could swap it for another drink, which i did. i’m sure they were just having a bad day but i was pretty annoyed to pay £5.70 for a drink that i didn’t really want. although they were very polite about it, they could’ve been more prepared.
