Disappointed with pricing changes. Have been coming to this cafe at Killingbeck for a takeaway pizza for quite a while. This always cost around £2.38 a slice or £9.99 for a full pizza (6 slices). There was also the option to have 2 whole pizzas for £16. You could choose which 6 slices of pizza you wanted or have a whole pizza the same variety. Today we went in, asked for 6 slices of pizza as usual and were charged £14.28, a 43% increase. When I queried the price I was told by the lady serving me "New Owners" I am very disappointed with this.

Unfortunately this café has gone tremendously down hill in the last year that we've been coming here. It totally baffles me that they always seem to run out of food, despite being situated in a supermarket, and a high earning supermarket at that !? The lad that I support had a coughing fit the other week, because the chicken nugget he was eating was so dry that he had difficulty swallowing it. This put him off eating his chips, as these were also as dry as a bone. They didn't even have a bread bun. The staff are nice enough, but just seem noticiably stressed with the amount of complaints customers give them for the quality of their food. The drinks machine breaks down a lot of the time and napkins are no longer available, instead a large blue roll is left on the side for everyone to break off and use. The Asda deli seems night and day in terms of quality and quantity, so until this café has some major improvements, we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza meal deal, staff are so unprofessional, flirting and messing around play fighting, if they put in as much effort to their job as they did messing around and flirting food would be served quicker, they were so unprofessional the way they spoke to each other in front of customers, as for food well pizza was okay, chips were under cooked and cold, and chicken nuggets been cooked in same fryer as onion rings because that’s all you could taste on the batter! Will not be going there again, training needs to be given to staff and quickly

Went in at 15.30 and no pizza then told they weren’t cooking anymore. Several people in the queue walked out as did I. Went in 2 days previous no chips. Will stick to Tesco now including buying shopping.
