I bought a a hooded sports jacket and found on 14 September 2025. Upon returning home, I discovered that the jacket had a visible hole. Importantly, the item has never been worn, nor has it undergone any form of alteration or treatment since purchase.When I visited the store to request a refund or replacement , the staff refused to process my request and instead offered various excuses. That is terrible.

Leeds Briggate I came here as I guessed the customer in question would leave a terrible review. I was witness to the whole conversation and can stay multiple staff members were polite and delt with the customer in a professional manner. The customer was clearly after just a refund after what appeared to be an already worn pair of trainers where presented to the staff. The only reason I stuck around was for the dramatic display put on by the customer OMG award winning!!!!

I had such a lovely shopping experience. The service was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. A big thank you to Ellise — it truly made my day!

0 to the bad behaviors in the store. I just bought the shoes yesterday and never wear them outside, but they refuse me to change or refund at first. What’s worse, they even mocked me for not understanding them because they spoke too fast, which made me wonder if it was racial discrimination. I am a foreigner with black hair and yellow skin, would they treat a local blonde, blue‑eyed white person the same way? Their behavior caused me to have respiratory alkalosis—I almost couldn’t catch my breath. One star goes to the staff member who took the initiative to check on me and offer helpful assistance. He was very nice and kept me from losing faith in this company, this city, and even this country. Another star goes to a very tall and pretty young lady who said she didn’t want me to feel upset, so she agreed to let me exchange or refund the item—even though it didn’t work out in the end due to size availability. Thank you to these two. But everyone else was truly awful.

Sami iqbal, went above his ways, to serve us today, it was absolutely hectic today and came over and gave us a great help after we had been waiting for quite some time, he gaves us some knowledge as well on the product we bought, amazing lad, definitely deserves a shoutout for his amazing effort.
