The gym has good facilities but it is the same price the rest of JD gyms and isn’t open 24 hours. That is the only downfall. Staff are good and they have gym and sauna.
Decent budget gym got everything you need for a decent session. I would suggest opening at 5am or even make it a 24hour gym. The lighting in the Xscape JD is a bit over the top.
Good gym but a bit too small for the amount of members. Not enough equipment and you find yourself constantly waiting to use something. Treadmills could do with upgrading as they are constantly broken.
Really spacious gym, lot of equipment and space to train Staff friendly and helpful at any time.aybe will be worthy to do a bit challenging classes like spin. Went a few times and wasn't much exiting. Can be as HIIT fastb20s/10s rest for example.
The issue I have is the volume of the music. As soon as you walk in it’s like you are in a club. It is incredibly jarring and loud and can be very distracting and overwhelming when working out. Sometimes with headphones I can’t even hear my own music because it’s so loud which I find very unnecessary and speaking to others, they also have the same opinion. If they could please lower the volume of the music and keep it at a reasonable level at all times, then mine and others workout experience would be better.
