Some staff just rude. Worst thing about purchasing from JD sports - no refunds only exchange or gift card for same value of!! So if the items doesn’t fit right or not happy with quality they won’t give money back. Only a voucher! Despite sayin I don’t know if I’ll make any future purchases from the store (I don’t really shop there much) they only can give gift card!! Sooo have a voucher to value of £46 safely stored away; I know if I didn’t use it I didn’t want to risk loosing the flimsy bit of paper. Friend was going to buy it from me however , what I feared happened… voucher is missing!!! This is now a reason not to shop there. Returned an item, didn’t get my cash back to my card and now lost £46 altogether !!! THANKS JD SPORT!! 😡

Fantastic young girl helped us today (sorry I didn't get her name). After yet another mess up from the online team she was on hand, very honest and open that there had been a mistake with our order and arranged our refund immediately. I will 100% come back to the store due to her service but will 100% never order online again after 4 failed online orders (always something in the sale out of stock but the order cancellation not reflecting it until I've contacted them)

I love shopping on line they have always got bigger sizes and the. clothes are excellent quality. this 3 weeks iv orderd 2 pairs of trainers 5 pairs of leggings sockes and 2 jumpers . iv never had to send anything back 5 stars and definitely be buying yet again

Visited this place on a number of occasions now and each time staff are either bickering or too involved in deep conversations with each other to even notice your presence or offer to help. Majority of the time I have chosen to order online rather than wait to get the staffs attention to spend my money in store
