Disappointed that a bank that goes back 200 years relies on sending people online, and then when you try to do things online they don’t work. Went into the bank initially to open an account, the lady was very helpful, however I received an email requiring further info. The online instructions did not work. Went into bank with info which was not accepted and was given further info, which I followed. Unfortunately key words were not used ie. Full statement. Returned to the bank and they did not accept the further information. Wasted 2 hours waiting in three bank lines and still did not resolve the issue. Asked to talk to the manager, was told he was in an online meeting, I insisted and was told that he is with a customer. I said I’d wait. Still waiting! There should be more than one teller! Finally got to see Simon who understood my complaint and in 2 minutes the job was done and I needed none of the information that the tellers had suggested! He would get a 5 star.
Simon could not have been more helpful, am extremely pleased with results and more importantly his patience handling my queries and problems with my lack of procedure knowledge. Thank You
Staff helpful but opening times are completely useless
Draw some money I didn’t counted left the branch Got phone call after was them saying that if I counted the money so I said no why! He said I think I give u short money So lucky I was just a cross at Starbucks Went back in gave him all the money they give me and I had some in my pocket told him the amount should be all together and it was £200 short they give me and apologized And I thanks them Adam
It took an hour to withdraw cash. They couldn't access the computer because karen didn't log out before she disappeared. Only one till and nobody could use it apart from karen. Only one deposit machine and even though there's a massive queue to use it, they still won't take any deposits over the counter.
