Teesside park branch, I was looking for something specific, the shop had a few customers and no staff members looked available for me to approach. I walked around to see if I could see the item myself, I couldn’t so I waited at the till where a staff member was emptying the cash, there was less customers at this point and quite a few staff, I waited a few minutes I had not been acknowledged at all even to say hello and somebody would be with me as soon as possible, it became obvious after another short while that nobody was going to serve me and I left wondering if I was invisible. After 26 years dealing with the public myself can I advise that you acknowledge your customers and do not ignore them.

Amazing. I ordered some charms for my bracelet, unfortunately there was a website issue and they were actually out of stock. I was emailed promptly and given solution options, in the end I was granted free delivery and the charm id chosen arrived next day. Great communication and care for customers. Thank you Ryan and Adam. Highly recommended! Will buy from again

This shop would not look out of place in the middle of London. Got my new Superocean Heratige II B20 .. love it. Great discount .. amazing staff. It screams volume by the fact that they are an approved supplier of Jacob & Co. No hard sell not like other places.Big thanks to Jill & Martyn (even though he was off) simply because of the way he treated me on my visit back in June i came back and made my purchase.

I've visted here a few times and the service is brilliant. But I've come here from Guisborough on a bank holiday to find it closed! According to Google it was open. Very disappointing as we'd come specifically to buy 2 watches.
