Visited on Thursday evening for the first time. My Son wanted to see if Boss watches were sold here as he wanted one for his Christmas present. He found one he liked and a staff member removed it from the cabinet and assisted him to try it on. He required a few links removing which another staff member carried out. The watch came in a nice box. My Son is very happy with it. All staff members were very nice and polite. The shop was clean, tidy and had a welcoming atmosphere.

Went to get a battery replaced in a watch. Refused to do it, apparently no lip on back of watch! Despite the fact they put the battery in in the first place. No customer service. Went to Timpsons at Thornaby replaced the battery straight away as there is a lip. Market Cross couldn't be bothered on a Sunday afternoon it seems.

Popped in tonight just before closing, to ask for help fitting my nomination charms. I didnt manage to get the young girls name who was speedy (with a huge welcoming smile) to come and help me, but I just want to say a massive thankyou. She done it with ease and didnt make me feel stupid (as i pre worried about). Actually makes me want to now use this store rather than online. Credit to the team x

Definitely recommend visiting the Teesside park store. I phoned up and asked if they have an item in store, they did and offered to put it to one side if I could collect the same day, I drove down and purchased the item that day, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly!
