I visited the shop to enquire if they could increase the size of a much loved & extremely sentimental silver ring ( 40 yrs old) that sadly did not fit me. The staff were extremely attentive and reassured me that the original pattern would remain. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit. Update will be given once I have collected the ring.......

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute con artists. I ordered a necklace from this company. I did not receive my item. I raised it 5 weeks ago- they blamed Royal Mail, saying that they will have to raise a claim with them, it will take 31 days. 31 days pass and I hear nothing- so for 5 weeks I am out of pocket with no necklace. When I call them to ask why I haven’t received any information or my money back they blamed Royal Mail. “They’re not getting back to us” they told me. Surely if Royal Mail have taken longer than the 31 days to investigate, then they should automatically be held liable and they should foot the cost? No- I’m just expected to wait as long as it takes! Absolutely laughable- like I’m the one at a loss here for ordering a necklace from them in the first place. They like to make sure the money is still in their accounts and not in their customers. Absolutely disgraceful. Next stop- calling the police- absolute con artsists.
I am absolutely delighted with the repair to my ring. The repair was tricky due to the engraving on the ring but it looks perfect now. I was also really pleased that the staff happily looked at several items of jewellery for me and told me whether they were worth anything. There was no snobbiness that you encounter in some jeweller’s - the ladies who served me were lovely. I will certainly return next time I need any jewellery or any repairs.
